All products are shipped from Heritage Cycle Works. You WILL NOT get any kind of bill for duty , brokerage or additional shipping charges of any kind.

Warranties: All manufacturers and vendors warranties are applied as dictated by the manufacturer or vendor. Where allowed, Heritage Cycle Works will handle warranty actions. All manufacturer warranty claims must be sent back to the respective manufacturer. Heritage Cycle Works does NOT directly warrant any motorcycle part, accessory or product sold. We accept no responsibility for manufacturer defects or deficiencies.

If you are having your parts installed by a dealer please inspect the parts before bringing them to the dealer. We are not responsible for damages to parts after you receive them. We will not accept any returns on parts that have been installed.

If Heritage Cycle Works made a mistake and sends the wrong part we will gladly accept the return as long as it is still in the original package and unused. We double check the part number ordered with the part number to be shipped to ensure you get the parts you ordered.

IF you order the wrong part please call us. New parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 14 days can be returned, but are subject to a restocking fee to cover our costs. Special ordered parts, electrical parts and helmets cannot be returned.

If a part is damaged upon delivery call us immediately and DO NOT TRY TO INSTALL IT. Do not destroy the packaging or write on it. Defective parts, including electrical, Mustang Seats, and engines cannot be replaced or refunded until the manufacturer or distributor deems the product defective. They can either replace or rebuild the part. All warranties come from the manufacturer or the distributor and they decide what they will take back. Otherwise, we do not accept returns on used or installed parts.

Heritage Cycle Works does not reimburse for any labor fees or down time associated with the products we sell, whether it be due to warranty, purchasing or shipping errors. Damages from shipping are extremely rare, but if this happens you must save all packing material in order for us to make a claim. If you have a return that fits the above criteria it must be no more than thirty days from purchase date. Please call us for a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused at the loading dock. You must make sure the product is packed properly to prevent damage and scratches during shipping.
