Free Canada Post on purchases over $69.00 before applicable taxes. You will receive a notification from the Canada Post system to your order provided e-mail address when your package has been shipped. We now only used Canada Post for shipping.
In the event of a postal dispute we have made arrangements with a different shipping company to get your order to you.

We use Canada Post only for residential deliveries and Fedex for commercial account address deliveries only.

All overseas sales are final, we do not accept returns from sales outside of Canada.
All products are shipped from our location in Ontario, Canada. You WILL NOT get any kind of bill for duty , brokerage or additional shipping charges of any kind. You will not get any foreign exchange charges on your credit card.
If Heritage Cycle Works made a mistake and sends the wrong part we will gladly accept the return as long as it is still in the original package and unused. We triple check the part number ordered with the part number to be shipped to ensure you get the parts you ordered.
If you order the wrong part please call us. New parts still in the original packaging and purchased within 14 days can be returned, but are subject to a restocking fee to cover our costs.
MAC exhaust systems are all special order and non-returnable.
Special ordered parts, electrical parts, windshields & seats cannot be returned.
Installed parts or parts damaged during installation cannot be returned.
Please call us for a return authorization number (RMA). Returns without an RMA will be refused at the loading dock. You must make sure the product is packed properly to prevent damage and scratches during shipping. Make sure to put the return number on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do this will cause delays in your refund.
